Peru is a country mostly related to Machu Picchu, mountains, incas and llamas. But Peru has also an amazing coast by the pacific ocean, wide shores and land to grow high quality grapes. Grapes from which Pisco is distilled. A very popular Peruvian brandy used as the main ingredient for many national cocktails such as pisco sour and chilcano.

Pisco ‘El Boqueron’ was born in Mala, a village just a few kilometers away from the capital, after a married couple chose to retire there and build a refuge to enjoy life. The label tells the story of their everyday life: farming the land, rising Peruvian horses (caballo peruano de paso), cooking in clay pots, contemplating stunning sunsets and, time to time, listening the roar of “El Boqueron” (a cave by the shore) when the sea awakens.

Sed Estudio was in charge of this packaging design.
