Mānuka honey, produced in New Zealand by bees that pollinate the Mānuka bush, is one of the most unique and beneficial forms of honey in the world. Considered as a natural treasure, Mānuka is a native New Zealand bush plant that flourishes throughout the remote coastal regions of New Zealand when it is left to grow wild. The preserve nature in New Zealand land ensure the quality of the honey that harvested, which inspire the grand landscape in the packaging design. While Mānuka plant is known as a evergreen, it has influenced the small pack design with leafy elements surrounding the flavours too.
After a careful studies and research, it seems that the current market approaches are mainly using a rather traditional yet serious design to emphasis the Mānuka propolis candies with healing properties. With the thoughts and solution to be different and rethinking candies’s characteristic, a friendly, fun and lively illustration has been created. This unique packaging direction will not just be able to differentiate these candies from the current market, yet it still friendly enough to be able to resonate with public.
It gained a lot of fun by allowing the imagination brings you down the rabbit hole.
Candies are meant to be fun since you are indulging the sweetness. A set of playful illustrations is been carefully thought out and designed, with each illustration engage with the corresponding flavours, it brings out the visual imaginative of the taste. As soon as you grab the pack of the candies, your sense is full-filled with joy and soon your taste buds.
A die cut special shape for each fruit packaging at the opening, create an interesting and creative layouts which will stand out and draw customers in.
