Kinari Coastal Flavours

This is a hypothetical project. Kinari will be a retail store based in Pune, India. The store will host a variety of products from the coastal region of India, known as Konkan. Various delicacies are made from the fruits and vegetables cultivated along the coast like mango, kokum, chilies, jackfruit, coconuts. Fresh fishes are also an essential part of the Konkani culture. The store will aim to bring the essence of Konkan to the heart of the city.

Nomenclature : The word “K I N A R I” is derived from the word kinara, which means shore of the sea. It is used as a brand name as it serves a wide range of authentic products from the coast.

Visual language :

1. The visual language used in packaging brings out the essence of Konkan culture.
2. Symbolic icons are used in packaging to represent fruits, fishes, waves, etc that go well with the logo.
3. The icons and their colours change according to the flavour and type of the product.
