Vocation Pursuit of Perfection series

Pursuit of Perfection is a new project for 2022, that looks to take a new beer and improve it with each subsequent brew to the unattainable height of perfect. It may be a tweak of the ABV, the grist, the mash temperature, yeast, hop profile or any of the other variables that can affect the beer. So, whilst the label may look similar, the beer will be subtly different and one step closer to perfection.
