ARCTIC is a brand that built high recognition among Polish consumers at the beginning of the 21st century. But time goes by and the competition is getting stronger and stronger. That’s why some crucial changes in branding strategy and packaging design were needed. The first step in the brand’s struggle for gaining a strong position in the market nowadays was relaunching the core line of its mineral waters. The second was launching a special line of functional mineral waters on the market for active people who work on their stamina, are on a diet or need an everyday shot of natural energy.
Our task was to prepare packaging design and visual support for a new strategy of ARCTIC+. The creative concept we’ve prepared is based on a modern and symbolic communication of benefits coming from the functional waters. Impactful graphic solutions in which suggestive shapes blend with expressive colours are integrated with clear information about the key ingredients that are the source of vital energy. The whole design fits in perfectly with the simple, minimalistic shape of the bottle. Thanks to the new packaging design ARCTIC+ positively stands out from the shelf.
The most unique thing in new packaging design of ARCTIC+ is a fresh, energetic and impactful design combined with minimalistic bottle. It’s not so common in polish market of mineral waters because their producers mostly refer to standard symbols (nature, sources of water) and they do not underline functional aspects of the product.
