Sinfonietta – Interactive Vinyl Cover (Student Project)

Vinyl cover designs for Janáček’s Sinfonietta. I wanted to create something that was interactive and showed the emotions of each movement. This was done by having a circle the size of the label cut out — and replaced with a film transparency. I then had two identical patterns printed on both the film and the label, making them line up. Back cover uses similar technique, but instead spells out the name of the album.
