This assignment came to us from a Hungarian chocolate creator, Noemi Laszlo, who produces unique, manufactured bonbons for both the international (United Arab Emirates) and the domestic market. Our task was to design a premium-quality packaging for manufactured chocolate products as part of a complex brand building process and create an image that stands out on international markets, from high-category hotel chains to little manufacturers’ shops.

What’s Unique?
It was important to create a unified brand under the name of Mimi’s Chocolate through the assortment of 11 variations of bonbons.

We used colours, pattern systems and numbers (like e.g. in case of perfumes’ ‘selection no. 1.’ solution). Considering appearance, our objective was to use graphic elements referring to classic lines and elegance – for instance, references to Arabic motive-systems’ geometric patterns, reflecting both profusion and sophistication.

On the ‘Compliments’ cards, we aimed to emphasized the ‘manufacturer’ features and uniqueness within the product appearance with using the signature of the producer. We proposed to use the initials of the brand to decorate the sealing of the unique packaging’ bonbon-stickers with.
