The packaging Poema was born in a land of great poets and sailors, Abruzzo, and created for the organic wine Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva of the Italian winery Donatello Jasci. The balance of the golden ratio recalls the primordial origin of nature through the circularity of the spiral that wraps around the bottle for 530 degrees.

The extended triangular-shaped label is a reminder of the shell’s perfection and its habitat in nature, the sea, which is also part of the terroir of the vineyards. The whole project revolves around the efficiency of automatic production. The shape of the label maximizes the potential of the rotary labelling machine by making almost two turns on the circumference of the bottle without particularly slowing down the normal bottling process.
