This “Vino Finito” by González Byass is a wine from the 1986 vintage from which only 2 boots have been selected. Both have been aged in the cellar for more than 30 years. The result is “pure elixir.” Viña Dulce Nombre presents an ebony color with certain coppery touches. The nose is sweet and rich, with a thousand and one nuances of figs, molasses and touches of noble woods, along with overseas spices. Blunt and light at the same time.

What’s Unique?
“Impossible to replicate in the future”.

Dulce Nombre is a wine that shows the result of the “sweet” vinification of the Palomino Fino, very common in Jerez until the 80s of the last century. Currently, the varietal Reina del Marco is associated with the production of fine and fragrant wines, eminently dry, away from any relationship with what happened 40 years ago. Dulce Nombre “innovates with the past by rescuing old elaborations to offer the world a unique wine, outside the usual categorization and that had remained hidden in the cellar”.
