Planning to launch the first alcoholic product in its portfolio in Brazil, Cola-Cola presented us with the challenge of creating the concept, visual language, packaging and content for a ready-to-drink cocktail mix within the Schweppes brand that visually unites classic and contemporary.
We started the project from an extensive investigative process, seeking insights from experts in artisanal spirit manufacture and mixologists from the most renowned bars in São Paulo, and explored sensory manual experiments in our workshop.
The insights from our research and experimentation enriched the work and helped us create strong visual metaphors. We chose the collage as the medium to communicate unusual mixtures of different layers of ingredients and connections between people, developing a visual system intimately connected to the roots of Schweppes’ identity, using its classic elements with a contemporary twist.
