The cloths called marbleşahi are cut and stitched and turned into packaging materials. The sausage dough we prepared from 100% beef is filled in cloth bags and the mouthparts are clipped. The sausages taken in the climatic drying chambers are put on sale after vacuuming as a traditional taste fermented sausage after the drying process takes place in about 12 days. Our cloth sausage, which is produced only by our company, is very fast in our region compared to other sausages.
