Since 1933, Eszet slices have been the breakfast chocolate and a popular classic on bread or freshly-baked rolls in Germany. The HAJOK design team was tasked with giving Eszet a contemporary and emotional new look with high brand recognition. In addition, the sustainable nature of the cocoa used in the product had to be highlighted on-pack while giving the range a colourful appearance – just like a cheerful table laid for breakfast!
The old packaging design was already showing its age. HAJOK Design has created a clearer, more emotional style with overhead images shot using our in-house photo studio. The bread imagery is now fresher, and the chocolate looks nice and crunchy. The branding experts slightly reworked the logo, making the shadows disappear, which in combination with the opaque background colours results in stronger visual impact. These changes together with the modern typography mix now present Eszet as a fun brand that gives you a wonderful chocolatey start to your day!
