Monster Hairways

Monster Hairways is an answer to those who want a unique haircut experience. The need to express oneself is at the core of the design. The monsters embody different personalities that people associate with however these monsters do not settle easily as they always find their way onto new territory and in different scenarios like on beer cans, hoodies or T-shirts, in interior decor etc.. Simply put, they adapt quite easily to change.

The project features characters like Fallen (An inverted Swastika-like Demonoid), Hooter (An owl), Canine (An eight-legged double-headed dog with wagging tongues or tails), Serpentine (A one-eyed snake) and Beheaded (A horizontally headless figure).

These pictograms successfully stand individually as they each possess unique abilities, however, in God-mode the monsters in a team effort are able to synergize and transform into a totem or a menacing face with a quirky smile.

Visually the design maintains a clean Black and White colour scheme with optimal contrast achieved. The font style paired with the pictograms compliments the design, further exuding the sense of belonging and purpose.
