Inspired by the flower-power era, our packaging is built around the concept of “Wear Flowers in Your Hair,” capturing the spirit of love, nature, and self-expression. Each of the 15 shades is named after a plant, with unique flower illustrations on every package. While each design is distinct, together they form a vibrant, harmonious collection that stands out on salon shelves. Brand Overview

Promise is a haircare brand launched in 2022. Our latest achievement is the Promise Color Toning Treatment series, a nurturing and toning treatment for hair, sold exclusively in professional hair salons. We believe salons are the best place for customers to receive expert advice on choosing the right hair products.

The Concept

Our packaging design for the Promise Color Toning Treatment revolves around the concept: “Wear Flowers in Your Hair.” This idea is inspired by the free-spirited essence of flower power, capturing the ethos of love, nature, and personal expression. The inspiration from nature is also reflected in the design, drawing from the tradition of using plants for dyeing.

Product Range and Design

The series consists of 15 vibrant shades, and each packaging is connected to a specific flower or plant. These illustrations are not mere decoration but represent the essence and tone of the product inside, helping to give each product its own personality. Despite each package’s unique design, the entire collection forms a cohesive and visually striking display that looks both beautiful and inviting on salon shelves. From soft pastels to bold reds and earthy browns, the packaging reflects the diversity of the shades.

The Communication

The names of the shades are also unique. While they reference familiar tones, they are given a fresh perspective through their connection to the plant world. This touch gives our line a distinct identity compared to other color mask products.

The visual design emphasizes simplicity and clarity. Clean typography paired with floral illustrations ensures that the packaging communicates clearly and stands out. At the heart of the Promise brand is the idea of making a promise with every product. For the Color Toning Treatment line, that promise is “Flower-power tones in your hair.” Each package also includes playful messages about what “we don’t promise,” reminding us all that life isn’t too serious and keeping the design approachable and fresh.
