Wynand Fockink is one of the oldest brands in the Netherlands and an iconic name in Amsterdam, when you talk about genever (Dutch Gin). Founded in 1679, WF produces liqueurs and genevers in a traditional way, where craftmanship is celebrated every day.

The distillery is located in the “Pijlsteeg”, Amsterdam, where the “world-famous” WF bar is located. Tourists and locals visit the bar for the experience of a lifetime. For the many different drinks and the countless unique crazy historical stories that are told by the enthusiastic bar crew. Everything at WF has a story, every taste has a purpose, every sip has a tradition … A unique brand at a unique location with a great history and craft.

With the introduction of this new unique bottle, where everything on the labels has a storytelling explanation, from the simple shape of the label to the fonts used on the label, we introduced the most important piece of information on the inside of the bottle (the backside of the back label). As part of the logo we illustrated the building of the bar but on the inside you can find a very old map of Amsterdam showing you the exact location of this exceptional tasting room, and one of the places to be in Amsterdam!
