Traditional values, love for own country and its rich history, harmony between nature and man – these are the main values behind the family-run Vornic Winery. Located in the Vorniceni settlement, 40km outside the capital of Moldova, Chisinau, this small business has sprouted from the Miron family’s love for wine and everything associated with it. From the work on vines, some of which are more than 40 years old, to the maturation of finished wine, every step in the creation of Vornic wines is a process filled with sense and passion. Namely, these aspects were our guiding lights while working on the label design for the new Moldovan family winery.

When creating the design concept for Vornic Winery labels, we’ve focused on one of the most important features of this small family winery – old vines, tended by the family for several generations. This element was used as the centerpiece of the composition, with the illustration emphasized by a custom label cut. Informational elements were brought down to a minimum, which has brought the highlight to the graphic aspect of the composition and set a more tempered tone to it. This way, the consumer instantly focuses on the most important thing – the wine itself, and the vines it was born from.
