Collection of two canisters for Loxarel’s high-end Clàssic Penedès sparkling wines. Refugi: Xarel·lo from the ancient Airfield. A Clàssic Penedès aged for at least 20 months in the old Republican aviation war shelter. Elisenda: Coupage of Xarel·lo Vermell and Parellada Montònega that has carried out the first fermentation in 1.000 L. clay amphoras.
