Krondorf – Old Salem

Krondorf, like many other famous Barossa wine brands, takes its name from one of the oldest place names in the area. Located midway between Tanunda and Jacobs Creeks, the village of Krondorf was established in 1847. Spice developed the Masterbrand with a total evolution for the look and feel and each of the 4 tiers. Old Salem is named after the Old Salem Church, built with clay stone in 1856. Although the vineyard substantially contributes to the old Salem range it is made complete through careful selection of the mostly 20+ year old vines. It is currently launched across BWS and Dan Murphys Australia-wide.
