AN OWL OR A COFFEE?

Perea Family Roastery is a Dnipro-based small family company offering a wide range of coffee services: coffee shops, sales, consultations, training, and barista support programs. And it has a superpower: roasting coffee using in-house technology and promoting coffee culture. They’re champions in all of that. For real. Well, the 2021 Roasting Champion of Ukraine roasts their coffee. So far, the guys are focused on the B2B segment but plan to roll out a super high-quality product for end users.

Their brand Perea has been coming along with an owl since they got started. Maybe it’s because of the wisdom owls symbolize. Maybe it’s a hint of big eyes you get after drinking too much coffee. But from now on, we’re going down a different road.

LITTLE COFFEE BEANS

Little things create bigger things: coffee culture, various flavors, and their details. For that reason, we based the logo design on the coffee bean. After turning into a bean, each letter seems to be deliciously roasted against the fiery red background of their corporate identity. Actually, this color comes as a legacy of this company. And it’s awesome!

WHEN YOU STARE

at your coffee, it does the same to you. Perea’s team has turned into a guide to the world of coffee by opening a secret portal for everyone. Check out the transformations: a small bean opens an endless portal through the fragrant circle of a roasting machine and a cup of your favorite coffee! Today, the heroes of megalopolises immerse themselves in this world every day, while designer Nastia Churbanova captured and drew them right when their euphoric journey began. For those who are drawn to coffee, i.e., true coffee lovers, we even created a Perea manifesto to make sure you don’t suddenly forget to take a coffee break.
