Our creative team is made up of thoughtful designers, dreamers, and couples intent on strategic project management. Located on the Central Coast of California in historic downtown San Luis Obispo.

Rooted in tradition. Leo! Leo! brings forth knowledge and process of artisan gelato making from their family ties to their home region of Florence, Italy. After many years of perfecting the craft from the world’s most skilled gelatiers, owner & founder Niccolo Lekai created Leo! Leo! a company committed to continuing the 500-year-old Italian tradition of handcrafting fine gelato on the golden coast of California.

With 10 years of business behind them, owner and master gelatier Niccolo Lekai approached Studio Ethur Ethur to rebrand Leo! Leo! to become a consumer-facing brand that was approachable first from a regional perspective but scaleable to a national relatability. The main focus of this rebrand was not to depart from Italian heritage or an artisan quality but to bring emotion, youthfulness, and approachability to the brand while keeping intact its core values of supporting the local economy at any cost.
