Asian Fine Food Spice Blend – Iban

Iban are an indigenous ethnic group in Malaysia’s Sarawak region. They have quite high requirements for spices. They also have a diverse and rich culinary tradition, and they routinely add various spices to their food. Growing spices is still part of the Iban culture and food traditions until now. The majority of farmers use baskets made from woven material to collect spices; this is the most conventional method.
