The task was: a cat, a special coloring of wine.

The color is captivating red, which gave the basis for the name of this unique drink.
The intense spicy aroma is complemented by the fruity notes that are so typical for this variety.
Orange, grapefruit or nuts, or honey are added to the aroma, as well as a herbal sensation after aging in an agate barrel.

The taste is full, extractive and very spicy with harmonious and fine acidity with a long aftertaste.
