Every summer, I went on vacation to my grandparents in Nice on the Côte d’Azur, in the south of France.

My grandfather Gérard loved his rituals : every morning at 7 a.m., he would go for a sea swim on the iconic beaches of Nice. In the evening, he took out his bottles of homemade liqueurs from an old basket and spoke to me about them as if they were sun nectar. Menton lemon, Fréjus orange, Corsican myrtle, its small bottles only had a label on a small piece of paper on which the harvest year was written by hand.

Riviera is a tribute to his memory and these sunny and timeless moments.

Each label is an immersive triptych inspired by beautiful landscapes of the Côte d’Azur. The front labels contains graphic structures inspired by Belle Epoque’s French Arts & Crafts. The sides arches are like windows to travel to the beautiful and warm views of the Riviera. The flat design illustration has been made using AI tools.
