Driven by a commitment to sustainability and a love for craft spirits, these creative people opened their own family distillery. Hand-crafted in small batches and double-distilled from hand-harvested botanicals native to the Arava Desert in Israel, this Gin blends history with modern techniques, centered around the biblical Arava desert.

We bring the “Spirit of the Arava” to life, with a label design that reflects the desert landscape’s warm tones and rugged textures. Our design embodies the authenticity and craftsmanship behind each batch, with clean lines and elegant details highlighting the art of small-batch distilling and wild fermentation.
