Mysillyum

Mysillyum, or My-silly-yum, is a series of refrigerated mushroom-based meat substitute meals that are contained in an innovative packaging system that is fully compostable. The goal of Mysillyum as a product is to reduce the overall carbon footprint while also creating a yummy meal containing none of the harmful additives that the typical meat substitute possesses. Utilizing the upstream innovation strategies of elimination and material circulation, the interior food-safe protective layer is a bag made of heat-sealed uncoated cellophane, the exterior box is made of citrus waste paper and it is printed with soy-based Risograph inks.
