I believe great design should honor the people and cultures it represents. This month, we’re unveiling the Pepsi Special Edition Ancient Egyptian can a tribute to Egypt’s deep heritage, timeless artistry, and enduring identity.

The launch comes at a moment when national pride is rising, and Egyptians everywhere are reconnecting with their roots. This limited edition captures that spirit by weaving iconic elements of ancient Egypt into a modern Pepsi expression.

Pepsi Blue plays a central role in the design. Ancient Egyptian art was the first in history to introduce blue in their art, they believed it was a symbol of life and protection, which makes the color a natural fit for this story. The can pairs this iconic Pepsi Blue with rich gold hieroglyphs and classic Egyptian symbols such as the pyramids and the Sphinx, glowing as if under desert sunlight. To add an authentic touch, the name Pepsi is placed inside an Egyptian Cartouche written in true hieroglyphic script.

The result is more than packaging. It is a modern symbol shaped by ancient stories, created for today’s Egypt. A reminder that even in a fast-moving world, some stories stay eternal.
