Shabouk – Golden Butterfly Rigid Drawer Box

Project: Luxury rigid drawer box by Shabouk Printing & Packaging (UAE). A deep red canvas paired with metallic gold creates a theatrical unboxing for premium gifting.

Concept
A finely detailed gold butterfly leads the story on the lid. Inside, a grid of small gold icons (flora, stars, heart, horse…) unfolds as the tray slides, suggesting discovery and transformation.

Structure & Materials

1.2–1.5 mm greyboard wrapped with premium textured paper.

Sliding drawer with a satin-gold pull band; gold inner lining for contrast.

Two practical sizes for chocolates/perfume/jewelry and corporate gifting.

Finishes

Precision hot-foil stamping in gold with selective emboss/deboss for strong tactility.

Rich custom red (near Pantone 186 C); optional soft-touch or anti-fingerprint coating.

Production Notes

Tight foil registration on sub-0.3 mm lines using engraved brass dies and staged pressure.

Controlled drawer friction for smooth, confident motion.

On-press color approvals to ensure batch consistency.

Sustainability
Recycled fiber board, heavy-metal-free inks, mechanically separable foil layers, and a durable keepsake design that encourages reuse.
