HNK Twist+ – Premium Haircare Packaging

HNK is a haircare brand offering a wide range of hair solutions, and with Twist+, they wanted the packaging to clearly communicate that this was their premium line.

The objective was simple: Make the box feel as valuable as the product inside.

For Twist+, we developed a rigid packaging structure using 2mm kappa board, giving the box strong structural integrity and a substantial, premium hand feel. The weight and firmness immediately signal quality the moment it’s held.

To enhance the visual appeal, we used 4-colour offset printing combined with spot UV detailing and gold foiling.

The foil accents elevate key visual elements, while spot UV adds depth and contrast — subtly highlighting product imagery and creating a refined play of light across the surface.

Beyond aesthetics, functionality was equally important.

A 350 GSM sturdy paperboard cavity was engineered inside to securely hold the product in place, ensuring stability during transit while maintaining a clean, organized presentation upon opening.

The result is a packaging system that feels confident, premium, and aligned with the value of the Twist+ range — not just protective, but expressive of the brand’s elevated positioning.

This project reflects our belief that premium products deserve packaging that matches their worth — both visually and structurally.
