SWALTIE, is a Frisian word, and a United Arab Emirates Coffee Roastery, Brand based in Dubai.

The logo concept is the first letter from the word SWALTIE in Arabic (س) and English(S), leaving the Arabic font decoration of the letter S  to reflect the Arabic originality.
Creating the identity meant finding the right balance between the Arabian and English cultures and the new young, fresh look.

This duality is reflected in the pastel and fresh colors of the identity and in the curved lines used in the coffee beans’ packages. The design of the pattern plays with the shape of the curve that we have created the logo from in different forms, combinations, and colors, which were inspired by Arabic culture as well.
