Smart home automation system product packaging

QUB is a smart home automation system product that is installed inside the switchboard. The challenge was to design and develop packaging for the premium sectors at the least possible packaging cost. The use of black & gray colors in the packaging oozes premiums of the product. Another challenge was to accommodate enough information & specifications of the product in an interactive way without compromising on readability and visual appeal on this small-sized packaging. We have used the brand colours in a minimal way to make the packaging look more inviting. Also, as we wanted to bring the name ‘QUB’ to the fore without hiding the product, we tried to keep the visual balance graphically keeping the perceptible hierarchy in mind.
