Quenzy- Prebiotic Soda- Brand Identity and Packaging Design

Quenzy is a new-age soda brand built for consumers who want the joy of a fizzy drink without the baggage of traditional soft drinks. With zero added sugar, prebiotic fiber, and flavour combinations designed for modern palates, the brand set out to create a healthier alternative that felt exciting, social, and culturally relevant.

The Challenge

The healthy beverage category is crowded with brands that either lean heavily into wellness or rely on loud, generic soda aesthetics. Quenzy needed to bridge both worlds. The challenge was to create a brand that could communicate its functional benefits without feeling medicinal, while retaining the fun, spontaneity, and emotional appeal people expect from a soda. It needed to stand apart on shelf, resonate with younger consumers, and establish a scalable identity system for future growth.

Our Approach

We began by understanding the category, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts shaping modern beverage choices. Through competitive audits and brand workshops, we identified a clear opportunity: build a soda brand that celebrates flavour and fun first, while seamlessly integrating its wellness credentials. Our strategy focused on creating a distinctive personality, a memorable visual language, and a packaging system that could make functional benefits feel approachable rather than clinical. Every design decision was guided by the question: How do we make healthy feel irresistible?

Building the Brand

We crafted a bold and expressive identity centred around flavour, optimism, and everyday enjoyment. A vibrant colour system, playful visual cues, and confident typography helped create strong shelf visibility while giving each flavour its own recognisable character.

The packaging was designed to communicate quickly and clearly-capturing attention. It is full of character, easter eggs and is a functional, scalable design system. Making healthier choices feel less like a compromise and more like something consumers genuinely look forward to.
