You cannot remake yesterday. But:
Tomorrow is up for design.
The future isn’t automatically different
from the past. It won’t pivot from the
status quo by the simple passage of time.
Change needs a designer.
A loud, visually-driven protestor who flips
what has been and moves the world
forward—toward what could be.
An artistic force with both the vision and the
argument to show, tell, and embrace an ideal.
A designer gives
protesters agency.
We arm corporations, organizations, and
institutions to stand up, speak up, stand out,
and break away. To shout their protest
from the rooftops.
And billboards.
Design is not a methodology.
Nor is it a hollow campaign slogan.
It is a call to action. A rallying cry to
nonconforming changemakers.
An invite to fellow protestors to join
the picket line and build a new reality.
And not for division, othering, or personal
gain. But for unity, community, and a
better tomorrow.
A tomorrow transformed by those
brave enough to protest against today.
Design is the best form of criticism against
mediocrity. Against staleness. Against aging
ideas that can’t serve what comes next.
That’s why we design: To protest with,
and on behalf of, the best of our clients.
To break things. To usher in better things.
Without design, the old ways become always.
With design, the new and the next can emerge.
We are the designers. The protestors. The agents of change.
The minds behind the future—and the future’s future.
Design is change.
Change is design.
Design is the discipline to change an
existing situation into an improved one.
