Yasaman Aghili is an Iranian-Canadian Visual Designer/Artist, and the founder/director of Ydesignstudio, set to begin her M.F.A. degree in Visual Communication Design in Fall 2026. Her practice exists at the intersection of art, science, and technology. Holding a Master’s degree in Color Science/Technology and with experience in acrylic painting, Yasaman brings a combination of scientific understanding and artistic sensibility to her work. Her journey in art and design was further shaped by her role as a Design Center Coordinator. Since 2024, she has been using AI as a medium to expand the possibilities of multimedia visual arts—exploring the boundaries between memory, emotion, and perception using a poetic language. Her work has been published internationally, including in Barcelona-based Al-Tiba9 Contemporary Art Magazine, and she has received notable recognitions such as a finalist of the Emerging Woman Artist Art Prize 2024 and Special Recognition from the AI Design Awards 2025.more..
