Tancy Box: Warm Brown Hardwood Wine Gift Box for Two Bottles

A winery approached Tancy Box to design a wine gift box suitable for both family gatherings and corporate gifting. We created a warm brown hardwood case designed to hold two bottles of wine.

The case is crafted from walnut-toned wood with a fine vertical grain and finished in satin lacquer. A recessed brass clasp keeps the front clean and uncluttered, while the beige velvet-lined interior gently cradles each bottle and prevents direct contact with the wood. The lid features a flat, blind-embossed panel that can be customised with different brand identities, allowing the same structure to serve multiple clients without requiring new tooling.

Generosity remained central to the design. Two bottles create a greater sense of celebration, while the softly rounded corners temper the box’s form, making it feel more like a gift than a storage case.
