Teodorf is the personal project of the author and producer Matteo Buzzanca. 8 English tracks recorded between Milan and London, mixed by Ken Thomas (Sigur Rós, Moby, Dave Gahan), go through various genres, mixing shoe-gaze, new wave, classical and electronic music.

The request of the indie Label was to create a visual language able to evoke this music melting pot, catching the attention of a sophisticated target with a mid-high cultural level. Moreover they asked to represent, trough the design, the different contaminations taking roots both in the past than in the modern music.

What’s Unique?
The artwork is created to treat each song as a single concept, blending sight and listening into an unique experience: 8 tracks, 8 pages with no binding. Illustration on the front and text on the back.

The soul of Teodorf, able to mix past and future, is represented by a sort of modern digital equalizer made by colourful stripes, capable to filter images of a poetic, nostalgic past.
