Low & Slow is part of a new generation of fresh milk products – the first of its type placed on the Greek market by the Mandrekas dairy industry – processed in a forgotten traditional way. The milk is pasteurized in small batches, slowly and at low temperatures, for much longer than regular fresh milk. The result is a product with very high nutritional value and rich flavour.

The Low & Slow bottle is representative of a nostalgia for an era when things were barely processed, and still pure. The transparent bottle and label allow consumers to visualize the rich texture of the milk. The engraved milk-churn creates a contrast with the contemporary, daring typography, in a play between tradition and the evolution of modern dairy farming.
