Jim Lahey, James Beard Award winner and creator of the No-Knead Bread recipe popularized by The New York Times, founded his Sullivan Street Bakery in 1994. Since then it’s expanded to multiple locations and a thriving wholesale business. Sullivan Street Bakery is a New York staple—it’s new visual identity and packaging reflects that. The design is fancy but made out of industrial feeling elements.

What’s Unique?
It was important to Jim that, like the bakery itself, the new visual identity is unpretentious but elevated, so we took inspiration from New York’s industrial signage and ironwork.
