The objective of this project was to gather in the same packaging all the documentation related to the marketing and sales of the apartments in a building that is part of the Jardins Efanor project in Porto. We also had to assemble in the same packaging the instruction manuals for all appliances and electrical equipment installed in each apartment. As it is a high-end enterprise, we designed a packaging that would respond to all these requests in an elegant and effective way.

What’s Unique?
In the real estate business it is common to have to hand over all the documentation related to your dwelling to future owners.

What differs our project from other competitors is that this delivery is made in a single package, built in a sophisticated way and that will serve to archive all the documentation for each apartment in a unique and practical way.
