Paraje de Dondellas is a plot in the Sierra de Gredos where there are vineyards with granite soils that make these wines so unique. We focused the whole concept on granite, which even brought us a couple of stones from the same vineyard. For the label, we chose to make the granite texture with 3 different papers and thus each of the papers corresponds to quartz, feldspar and mica, the main components of granite. A very technical label that is finished off by a sealing capsule in which we mix granite powder with gray sealing wax to give a texture that looks like a stone. The result is an extremely striking, original and elegant image that perfectly defines the wine.
