CONCEPT BEHIND THE LOGO:
I have used a sans serif typeface and played around with the concept adding a topping on the ice cream. The U in the logo represents the topping.

CONCEPT BEHIND THE PATTERN:
The pattern in the packaging represents the melting of an ice cream. Colors are used according to the flavor of the ice cream.
