Wild City Spirits Branding Illustrated by Steven Noble

Wild City Spirits collaborated with Steven Noble to help create illustrations for their new launch for 2022. Wild City Spirits brings the botanical harvest of the city farmer to gin still.

Their approach to sustainability extends beyond considering their carbon footprint and into the emerging world of social sustainability and urban agriculture. They source their botanicals from city-gardens and urban farms, with the end result being a pure. martini-grade sprung from the urban landscape.

The main character or visual motif is Leda. The original was drawn from the 1911 Carnigie Hall playbook and was likely based on the dancer Isadora Duncan created in a scratchboard woodcut style along with the cityscape that includes buildings and landmarks without it being associated with any specific place.
