Bamboo fibre cups

Celebration Packaging has added a new line of double-wall cups for hot drinks to its EnviroWare® brand. The cups are made from FSC® certified bamboo fibre with a water-based lining and are commercially compostable.

“Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world and can grow up to two feet a day,” says Celebration Packaging Managing Director Nick Burton. “We created the EnviroWare® brand over 14 years ago to offer more sustainable packaging solutions, and these are our most sustainable cups yet.”

The cups come in 8oz, 12oz and 16oz sizes and have accessories such as compostable domed lids, kraft coffee sleeves and wooden drink stirrers. The cups have a bamboo design that highlights their environmental benefits and features the ‘Commercially Compostable’ and FSC® logos.
