Curator’s insight:
Seal Packaging launches Infinity TopSeal™, a sustainable and innovative packaging solution for food delivery and foodservice sectors.
Seal Packaging, acquired by Kevin Curran and Sally Gabbitas last year, aims to help clients achieve net zero with its products’ sustainability. “Packaging with Integrity” is its mantra.
Infinity TopSeal is a 100% recyclable mono-material tray made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) and polypropylene film. It is a partnership with Klöckner Pentaplast, a global leader in materials manufacturing. EPP is a sustainable alternative to expanded polystyrene (EPS), which will be banned in England from October.
Infinity TopSeal can be used with existing sealing equipment. It keeps food hotter for longer, stays cool to the touch, and has low carbon footprint. It is water-resistant, acid-resistant, and tamper-evident. It also reduces food waste by allowing caterers to portion and seal left-overs for later use.
