His inspiration? Impressing a young woman.
The solution? Adding powdered milk to dark chocolate, thus inventing milk chocolate! As you might expect from its inclusion of milk, milk chocolate boasts a good amount of calcium. It also contains small amounts of iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
