Hibikorekōjitsu

MIZUTANI SHŌYU BREWERY has developed a new series of top-quality soy sauces called Hibikorekōjitsu. Based on the natural-brewed dark soy sauce made in barrels, three new products – sweet soy sauce, dashi soy sauce and yuzu ponzu, and we designed thease labels.

The gently sweet soy sauce has a chaining rings pattern, the dashi soy sauce, with its strong seafood broth, has a seigaiha (sea wave) pattern, and the yuzu ponzu, with its rich yuzu juice, has a drops pattern.
