Elisir — Baldassare Mazzara

“I grew up among olive trees and the memories of olive oil at the table; when in the family, we went to the fields to pick them and the smell of the mill where the olives were ground. After years I decided to put these memories into a unique product, a blend of carefully selected Sicilian olives; from here Elisir was born, an organic, healthy but above all unique product”.

The label wants to be a window on those fields, on that light, on that deep bond with the land. Jeanne Barat’s illustration captures the essence of a Sicilian sunset. The lettering also follows this narrative, harmonizing with the illustration: the typography rests along the perspective of the olive grove.

Elisir is not just an extra virgin olive oil: it is a story, a memory, an invitation to rediscover the authentic flavor of the roots.
