Theory of Tea – A Refined and Immersive Visual Identity
The visual identity of Theory of Tea strikes a balance between elegance and nature, combining warm tones, delicate botanical illustrations, and a sophisticated Art Deco-inspired logo. The packaging follows this artistic direction, with premium metallic tins distinguished by unique colors and intricate illustrations, reinforcing the idea of an expert selection.
To bring this vision to life, high-end 3D visuals animate the tins, seamlessly transitioning between flavors against carefully composed photographic backdrops. The art direction plays a central role in storytelling, with immersive scenes where tables and chairs are surrounded by flowers—connecting the tea experience to authenticity and botanical beauty.
Beyond aesthetics, Theory of Tea offers bold and unexpected blends, such as Bolete Mushroom, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, and Jasmine Comfort Tea, redefining the tea experience with originality and sophistication.
This project is available through six posts on my Instagram (@cam.piot), where I had fun creating 3D packs of the tins on Blender and animating them. It also includes a product page, animated on After Effects, along with printed elements to showcase how the artistic direction evolves across packaging and other mediums.
