Kreglinger Wines

Harcus Design

Founded in 1797, Kreglinger boasts a rich and storied history in the delicate craft of fine wine. The legacy began in Belgium with two visionary brothers, George and Christian Kreglinger, who established a family company built on ambition, integrity, and innovation. Remarkably, this original enterprise still holds trade registration number one in the city of Antwerp.

As the company grew and evolved, so too did its global reach. In 1893, the Kreglinger group expanded to Australia, establishing Kreglinger Australia as part of its broader international ventures. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, blending European heritage with the emerging potential of the Australian landscape.

In 2000, Kreglinger Australia deepened its commitment to premium winemaking with the acquisition of Pipers Brook Vineyards, established in 1974 and recognized as a pioneer in the Tasmanian wine industry. Nestled on the north coast of Tasmania, Pipers Brook is renowned for its cool-climate varietals and pristine natural environment, making it an ideal complement to Kreglinger’s longstanding tradition of excellence.

Today, Kreglinger continues to honor its legacy while embracing innovation, producing wines that reflect both a deep respect for tradition and a passion for discovery.
