The design of Flamboyant Gin’s label aimed at capturing the cultural essence of Bolivia, translating its identity and visual richness into packaging that would authentically connect with the consumer.
Inspired by the iconic 1966 National Geographic cover that defined the country as “extravagant,” we reinterpreted this image to create a contemporary design that reveals Bolivia’s visual intensity and cultural wealth. The label was designed to highlight Bolivia’s natural richness, incorporating detailed illustrations of native flora and fauna in a precise visual composition that portrays the country’s biodiversity and distinctive character.
The final design stands out for its authentic narrative and innovative focus on sustainability, using recycled paper and water-based inks. Fluorescent ink details add a distinctive element that enhances its visual impact, resonating on digital platforms and appealing to modern consumers.
