ABOUT THE PROJECT – 460be by Melody Nungaray
460be is an academic packaging project that includes a 4-bottle carrier for 375 ml wines, a promotional set of two glasses, and the complete design of the wine label.
The concept is inspired by Adobe’s vibrant, geometric visual language, aiming to reinterpret wine packaging through a more creative, colorful and contemporary perspective.
CONCEPT
The idea behind 460be is to transform the wine experience into a dynamic graphic composition.
Instead of the traditional, sober wine aesthetic, this project uses modular illustrations, geometric shapes and saturated colors to evoke creativity, energy and a modern design culture.
The label works as a visual “mosaic,” reminiscent of digital design tools, giving the wine a bold artistic personality.
SOLUTION
Label Design: Built with geometric illustrations, vivid colors and a bold sans serif typeface for a clean, modern impact.
4-Bottle Carrier + Glasses: A rigid, foldable structure that protects the wine and integrates the promotional glasses. The packaging features color-blocking and a stylized wine glass silhouette aligned with the label’s graphic identity.
Visual Harmony: The system connects label, carrier and promotional items into one unified, expressive package.
